Ambati Rayudu, is an Indian international cricketer who has played in both One-Day Internationals (ODIs) and Twenty20 Internationals (T20s) for his country.

Ambati Thirupathi Rayudu, also known as Ambati Rayudu, was born in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, on September 23, 1985. He has 42 years of age.

Ambati's father is Sambasiva Rao, while his mother is Vijayalakshmi. Sambasiva Rao worked in the archives department and was instrumental in Ambati Rayudu's decision to become a cricket player.

Ambati married college girlfriend Chennupalli Vidya. On February 14, 2009, the couple married. On July 12, 2020, Ambati Rayudu and Vidya announced their daughter's birth.

Ambati did his education at Sri Ramakrishna Vidyalaya, Bhavan's Sainikpuri campus. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree.

Ambati began his professional cricketing career in the late 1990s by representing Hyderabad at the Under-16 and Under-19 levels.

Ambati Rayudu played his maiden first-class cricket for Hyderabad in the 2001–02 Ranji Trophy when he was 16 years old.

Ambati Rayudu made his ODI debut for India against Zimbabwe on 24 July 2013. The cricketer made his T20 debut for his country against England on September 7, 2014.

Ambati has participated in a total of 196 ODIs and 48 T20s during the course of his seven-year national team career. Ambati has a net worth of $6 million.
