Everything About Indian Playback Singer Pamela Chopra!

Pamela Chopra, an Indian playback vocalist, was well-known. She was an independent screenwriter and producer.

Pamela Chopra was born Pamela Singh, the daughter of Indian Army officer Mohinder Singh. She is the oldest of three siblings and has two junior brothers.

In 1970, Pamela got married to the filmmaker Yash Chopra.  They have two children, Aditya and Uday Chopra.

Chopra worked in numerous film-related disciplines. From Kabhie Kabhie (1976) to Mujhse Dosti Karoge! (2002), she has sung numerous film tunes, all for her husband's films. 

Pamela, along with her husband Yash Chopra, her son Aditya Chopra, and professional writer Tanuja Chandra, co-wrote the script for her husband's 1997 film Dil To Pagal Hai. 

Her name also appeared as 'producer' on the credits of certain films her husband directed. However, she independently produced the 1993 film Aaina.

Her only screen appearance was in the opening song "Ek Duje Ke Vaaste" from the film Dil To Pagal Hai, in which she and her spouse both appeared.

Pamela Chopra passed away in the Lilavati hospital in Mumbai on the 20th of April, 2023.
