Rishi Singh is an Indian playback singer who came to the public's attention when he was a contestant on Season 13 of Indian Idol.
Rishi Singh, who is 19 years old, was born into a middle-class family in the city of Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. His parents, Rajendra Singh and Anjali Singh, were both teachers.
In 2019, Rishi Singh was one of the singers who were eliminated from Sony TV's singing reality show after the fourth round of auditions.
Rishi Singh went to the Cambrian School in Faizabad, Uttar Pradesh, and then to Himgiri Zee University in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, for his graduation.
He is taking an airport management course at a school in Dehradun right now. As of 2022, he is in his second year.
Rishi Singh began his career by singing religious songs in a Gurdwara nearby ( a place of worship for Sikhs).
He sang for the first time on the music reality show Indian Idol 13. Vishal Dadlani, Neha Kakkar, and Himesh Reshammiya, all experts in music, were the judges.
At the audition, Rishi Singh performs Kabir Singh's song "Pehla Pehla Pyar," which gets a standing ovation.
When asked about his favorite Indian Idol moment, He said, "For me, the 'Dream Debut' will always be the most memorable. It was overwhelming to see how big it was."
