Ayesha Billimoria, who was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra, on January 8, 1987, is from a Parsi family. Her father is Neville Billimoria and her mother is Perviz Billimoria.

Ayesha completed her eduction at a boarding school in Ooty, Tamil Nadu. Later, she enrolled in Activity High School in Mumbai and completed her secondary education there.

Ayesha joined to St. Xavier's College for  studies in 2003. In 2008, she earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government from the same institution.

Ayesha went to the University of Mumbai in 2010 to pursue a Master of Arts (MA) in Political Science and Government and graduated in 2011.
