She rose to fame after finding a place among the top 10 contestants in Comicstaan, a stand-up comedy competition program aired on Amazon Prime Video. Later, she went on to write for shows such as Son of Abish, On Air with AIB, Behti Naak, One Mic Stand, and Comicstaan S02. Aishwarya is also famous for her talent to recite the alphabet backward. The YouTuber has a massive fan following on social media with a whopping 7,75,000 followers on Instagram and 7,21,000 subscribers on YouTube.

Aishwarya is married to Aakash Shah who is the founder of One Hand Clap, a company that provides advertising services. Prior to this, Aaakash also worked as Social Media Head of All India Bakchod and as Writer at ScoopWhoop Media Pvt. Ltd.

Controversies
Aishwarya conducted a series of celebrity interviews for Netflix, the OTT platform. Titled ‘ Not an Awkward Interview’, the show was streaming on YouTube. As part of the humorous program, Aishwarya interviewed leading Bollywood actors such as Janhvi Kapoor and Rana Daggubati. The show follows the same format as programs that have been telecast in the US such as Cunk On Earth or Between Two Ferns. In those shows, the interviewer intentionally adopts an awkward persona, and the interviewee responds to those questions with humor or sarcasm of their own.
However, Aishwarya’s show stirred controversy as Twiteratti alleged that the sets of ‘ Not an Awkward Interview’ was startingly similar to Ziwe Fumudoh’s show. Ziwe is an American comedian and host of a satirical late-night talk show aired on Showtime that ran for two seasons. According to netizens, the sets of both shows were all-pink and they lashed out at the Indian show for copying the interiors of its US counterpart.

She also worked as a Public Relations Intern with Bristol-Myers Squibb for 5 months. In June 2017, Aishwarya joined as an analyst with Nielsen, the market research company at their Mumbai office. However, she worked there only for 6 months. Within a week, she realized that it was not the job where she want to be.
Later Aishwarya started doing comedy and she was just three months into it. During that time, she got a call from Comicstaan, a stand-up comedy competition television series aired on Amazon Prime. However, the organisers of the show told Aishwarya that she will have to quit her job as the show required the contestants to stay with them for three months. Subsequently, Aishwarya spoke to her parents and convinced them. Thus in 2018, Aishwarya became a contestant in Comicstaan-Season 1 and she managed to get into the top 10.
Aishwarya’s first comedy job was with ‘Son Of Abish’, a show hosted by stand-up comedian Abish Mathew. Thus, Aishwarya ventured into writing and later wrote for several shows such as On Air with AIB, Behti Naak, One Mic Stand, and Comicstaan S02.
