Controversies

According to him, he was running a talent management company and he told Chrisann that an audition was about to be held in Sharjah for a web series.
As per the plan, the actress was supposed to fly to Sharjah on April 1st. The previous day, Ravi met her in a hotel and gave her a memento.
He asked her to hand over that memento to another person in Sharjah. As per Ravi’s communication, a person would receive her at the Sharjah airport and the hotel room was already booked.
The next day, Chrisann boarded the flight to Sharjah. On reaching the airport, she came to know that nobody was there to receive her and neither was there any hotel room booked in her name. The actress immediately called up her father Mark to realize that she had been duped. During the call, Chrisann told him about the memento handed over to her by Ravi.
On hearing that, Mark felt something fishy and asked her to get in touch with the police. On contacting the police, the cops checked the memento with her and found opium and ganja hidden inside it. Thus, on April 1st, the police arrested Chrisann for the crime of possession of drugs.
