Adah Sharma Reveals Every Project She Works Makes Her Believe It Would Be Her Last!

Adah Sharma, the lead actress in the controversial movie ‘The Kerala Story’ said in her latest interview that every film she does makes her feel that it will be her last. It was in her interview with ANI that the actress expressed her thought.
The film ‘Kerala Story’ is embroiled in controversy as the story is based on the religious conversion of Kerala girls by ISIS, a militant Islamist outfit. However, the movie has turned out to be a blockbuster and it has already entered the Rs 100-crore club. As per the latest reports, in just 10 days, the movie has managed to collect a mammoth Rs 135 crore.
When asked about the love of the audience in the interview, Adah said that every time she acts in a film she thinks that it will be her last movie as she is not sure whether she will get a chance again or someone would repeatedly show faith in her. However, the actress went on to say that the audience’s dreams for her were always bigger.
According to her, the audience always says that Adah should have been given this role or that role and she thinks that all such dreams have turned out to be true now. The actress also added that she is really lucky.
Adah said that her dreams were always small such as playing with an elephant or a dog. Though she wanted to do good roles, she never knew how many she will get.
While commenting on whether she expected the ‘Kerala story’ to become a remarkable success, Adah Sharma said that she didn’t expect such a response, but all she can say is ‘Thank You’.
The actress said that when they started making the movie, the objective was to spread awareness among girls. Now, that so many people have watched the movie, she is so happy that the audience has come to know the reality that has been kept hidden.
Adah also stated that she dreamt of something like this. She felt that it was not possible for a girl who doesn’t have an industrial background to garner so much love from the audience.
The actress said that she used to wonder if she has to take a rebirth like Shah Rukh Khan in ‘Om Shanti Om’ to get such an opportunity in this life. She also expressed her happiness as the audience is showering her with appreciation for her performance in the movie.
Meanwhile, Adah has been receiving death threats due to the controversial subject depicted in the ‘The Kerala Story’. The movie is already banned in West Bengal and the other day the Supreme Court of India asked the state the reason behind stalling its release.
According to the court, the movie is already released in other states and nothing has happened. The court went on to mention that it has nothing to do with the artistic value of the film.
