Imran Khan And his Rumoured Girlfriend Lekha Washington Were Seen Together in Public

Imran Khan is a popular face for his hit movie – Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na. We all loved the jodi of Aditi and Jai. After that, Imran came in a few more movies that couldn’t quite work on the silver screen.
Although the movies couldn’t create much noise, we sure fell in love with the boy-next-door’s good looks and charming personality. He was married to Avantika Malik for a long time but the duo separated recently due to unresolvable differences.
The couple has a beautiful daughter – Imara. The rumors about separation started circulating in 2019 but none of the partners commented on it. It was only in 2022 when Avantika and Imran decided to get divorced. Imran Khan is also popular because he is the nephew of iconic actor – Aamir Khan.
Imran Khan vanished from the silver screen and didn’t feel that he wanted to be a media personality. That’s why his fans couldn’t see his face for a long time. But recently, Imran made a public appearance and social media rose with appreciation. This 40-year-old hunk was spotted with Lekha Washington, his rumored girlfriend.

They were seen in Mumbai holding hands and that certainly sparked that dating gossip. Neither of the two confirmed that they were dating. Although they seem close and the possibility of dating is really high.
Lekha Washington appears n Telugu and Tamil movies but that’s not it. The two were also seen sharing the screen space in 2013’s movie – Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola. In this movie, Imran Khan acted opposite to Anushka Sharma. It was directed by Vishal Bhardwaj.
If we talk about Imran, he is mostly silent about any relationship linkups. Avantika Malik on the other hand always talks about her personal life via Instagram posts and stories. In 2021, the ex-wife put up a post that talked about how one tries to find comfort during the darkest phase of life or feels stuck in a situation.
Before that in 2020, Avantika took to her Instagram and reshared a post about divorce and marriage. She captioned it as a “truth bomb”. There was one more post where she indirectly said that she was healing.
But before Avantika Malik confessed to these facts herself, her mother rubbished the facts in 2019 when the media asked about the relationship going south. She said that everyone reads the news but there is no truth to it.
There might be a few differences but everything would get sorted out soon. Another time when Imran Khan was asked if he is going to divorce Avantika, he bashed the media saying that this isn’t the kind of time to ask these kinds of questions.
If we talk about the acting life of Imran Khan, it was short-lived. He worked in Delhi Belly, Mere Brother ki Dulhan, and Katti Batti. But soon he quit acting to pursue something else in life. The same was confirmed by his friend and actor – Akshay Oberoi.
