Kajal Aggarwal’s Son Neil Turns 1; Actress Shares Gorgeous Birthday Photos

On the occasion of her son Neil Kitchlu’s first birthday, actress Kajal Aggarwal posted a super cute picture of her baby on Instagram. On Thursday, the actress shared the photograph with the words “ And just like that our sunshine boy is (the big) 1 !!!! @neil_kitchlu.” In the picture, little Neil, wearing a yellow shirt is seen sitting inside a small box in a garden. In the backdrop, a foil balloon with the number “1” is also to be seen floating in the air.
As soon as Kajal posted her son’s birthday photo, wishes started pouring in from different corners. Actress Rakul Preet Singh was quick to respond and wrote “Omg what a cutieeeeeee” accompanied by a heart emoji. The other celebrities who wished little Neil a happy birthday include Hansika Motwani, Raashii Khanna, and Neha Dhupia.
Earlier, on August 19th, 2022, Kajal had posted an adorable photo on Instagram where her son was seen lying on her lap and she was holding both his hands. There were two reasons to celebrate as it was Krishna Janmashtami and it was on that day that Neil turned four months old. The actress wrote “ Happy 4 months to the love of my life #NeilKitchlu and happy Krishna Janmashtami to all !”
Kajal was born and brought up in a Punjabi Hindu family settled in Mumbai. The actress also has a sister by the name of Nisha Aggarwal who is also an actress. After dating for a few years, Kajal tied the knot with Gautam Kitchlu, an entrepreneur on 30th October 2020.
The wedding function held in Mumbai was a small, private ceremony attended only by the couple’s immediate families. Kajal gave birth to her first child, Neil on 19th April 2022.
Kajal made her acting debut with the Bollywood film Kyun! Ho Gaya Na released in 2004. The actress majorly works in Telugu and Tamil language films and some of her blockbuster movies include Telugu movies Magadheera and Mr. Perfect and Tamil movies Thuppakki and Maari.
Kajal will be next seen in Indian 2, directed by ace director S. Shankar. A sequel to the 1996 film ‘Indian’, Kajal will be cast along with leading actors such as Kamal Haasan, Gulshan Grover, Nedumudi Venu, Siddharth, and Rakul Preet Singh in the movie.
Recently Kajal stirred a controversy by making a controversial remark that the Hindi film industry lacks ethics and values. While speaking on the occasion of the News 18 Rising India Summit 2023, the actress said that many people want to start their career in Hindi as it is a language that is recognized across the country.
She added that since Hindi is her mother tongue, she grew up watching Hindi films and the Hindi film industry has been very accepting and very kind to her. However, the actress went on to say that she prefers the ecosystem, the ethics, the values, and the discipline of the South Indian industry which according to her is lacking in the Hindi film industry.
