Palak Tiwari is an Indian actress who works in Hindi films. She started her career in Bollywood as an assistant director for the 2021 film ‘Antim: The Final Truth’. Later, Palak made her acting debut in 2023 with ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’, a movie produced by Salman Khan Films.

The actress has also appeared in other films such as Rosie: The Saffron Chapter, The Virgin Tree, and a couple of music videos. Palak has a massive fan following on social media platforms with 3.7 million followers on Instagram and 65,000 followers on Facebook.

Palak Tiwari Family

Palak was born on 8th October 2000 to television actors Raja Choudhary and Shweta Tiwari. However, her parents got divorced in 2007. Palak has a half-brother by the name of Reyansh Kohli.

Relationships

Earlier, rumors were rife that Palak is dating Vedang Rana, an actor. Both of them share the same talent agency and met each other at a party hosted by the agency.

However, per the latest reports, Palak is in a relationship with Ibrahim Ali Khan, son of Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan. The couple were spotted together on a couple of occasions, once on a dinner date and later at a movie date.

Education

Palak did her schooling at the Singapore International School. Later, she joined Mithibai College in Mumbai and secured a BA degree in Psychology.

Controversies

In an interview, Palak opened up about actor Salman Khan imposing a strict dress code for females on the sets of his film ‘Antim’. According to her, Salman made it a rule that girls should not wear dresses with plunging necklines.

However, Palak’s revelation stirred a controversy and the actress later said in an interview that she made a mistake by making that statement about Salman. Palak also added that it was a learning experience for her and she never wants to be in that position again.

In August 2017, reports surfaced that Palak will be making her acting debut with the Bollywood film ‘Quickie’, opposite Darsheel Safary. However, the project was delayed and Palak stepped out of the film. 

Later, in 2021, Palak started her career as an assistant director with the movie ‘ Antim: The Final Truth’. She assisted director Mahesh Manjrekar in the film and Salman Khan played the lead role.

In the same year, Palak appeared in the music video ‘Bijlee Bijlee’ along with Harrdy Sandhu. Later, in 2022, Palak was featured in ‘Mangta Hai Kya’, her second music video choreographed by Ganesh Acharya. The video soon went viral and hit 5.5 million views. 

In 2023, Palak kickstarted her acting career in Bollywood with the Farhad Samji-directed movie ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’. The film had Salman Khan and Pooja Hegde in the lead roles and Palak played the role of Muskaan.

Palak has also acted in ‘Rosie: The Saffron Chapter’, a film directed by Vishal Ranjan Mishra. She plays the role of Rosie, a call center employee in the film. The upcoming project from Palak is ‘The Virgin Tree’, a horror comedy movie with actor Sanjay Dutt in the lead role. Directed by debutant director Sidhaant Sachdev, the other actors in the film include Sunny Singh and Mouni Roy.

  • Palak once said in an interview that she wants to provide financial support to her mom who has been the sole earning member all these days. The actress added that she wants to earn well so that she can pay for her brother’s education and pay her grandparents’ medical bills.
  • Palak works out regularly in the gym and her exercises include balance squats on a BOSU ball, plank variations, battle rope workout, and monkey bar exercises.
