Mahavir Swamy Wildlife Sanctuary
This particular wildlife sanctuary is also 33 km away from the main centre of the city of Lalitpur. Bird watchers can enjoy the most while travelling to this particular wildlife sanctuary.

Muchkund Cave

Rajghat Dam
Even though this dam can be visited on your Lalitpur vacation, this is neither entirely located in the city of Lalitpur nor in the state of Uttar Pradesh. This dam has got shared ownership of two different Indian states such as Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh.
It is in the river called Betwa that this dam has been constructed. From the city centre of Lalitpur, you have to travel a distance of around 22 km in order to reach the destination of the dam. It was in the year 2006 that this dam got opened to the public.
Mardan Singh Fort
This is a historical monument you can visit and explore in the city of Lalitpur. This particular fort has been constructed on the banks of a picturesque lake accentuating its beauty and elegance.
This fort is named after the name of a king called Maharaja Mardan Singh who had ruled the region once. Visiting this lake is also an opportunity to indulge in the aesthetic view of the lake of Manasarovar. This fort is also known by the name Talbehat Fort since Talbehat is the exact geographical location of it.
Dashavatar Temple
This is a Hindu pilgrim destination you can visit while touring the city of Lalitpur in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The Hindu God, Lord Vishnu is the main deity worshipped in this temple. As per the records available, this is an ancient temple and it has been established in the region in the 6th century.
