It is a beautiful village which is 12 K.Ms from Mulbagal. It has a temple complex of Ramalingeswara Swamy, Sita Parvati temple on the hills, and the piller engraving of Deevabbarasi, a Nolamba queen of the first millennium of the Christian era.

Best Time To Reach Kolar

To visit Kolar, the best time is between October and March as these are the cooler winter months. It is best to evade the summer and monsoons as Kolar can get warm and humid.

How to Reach Kolar?
