Location

Dawki Town is located on the road borders between India and Bangladesh in the West Jaintia Hills District in the state of Meghalaya, India. The closest airport to Dawki is the Umroi Airport in Shillong at a distance of 100 km from Dawki. But majorly operates flights to and from Kolkata. Another convenient airport for visitors is the Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport in Guwahati, Assam which is about 200 km away but has better road connectivity and is well-linked to various cities in the country. From these airports, you can travel by road bus or taxi to the beautiful Dawki river. By Rail:
