Farzi Teaser: Shahid Kapoor Becomes An Artist In His OTT Debut!

Shahid Kapoor is one of the superstars of Bollywood and has smoothly turned himself from the “boy next door” to the “rugged handsome man”. He has a huge fan following and has proved his skills every time with the roles he has taken up. Now the actor is all geared up for his next adventure and has recently released the teaser poster!
This Wednesday, Shahid Kapoor released the teaser for Farzi, his upcoming web series on the OTT platform. It was a brief video clip where the actor was seen painting and there was his background voice. He said that this is a new phase of his life and that would everyone like it. Then he looks at the camera and talks.
Shahid Kapoor asks the audience that an artist is an artist irrespective of everything (in Hindi). Then he coyly winks at the camera and walks away from it. He has left the canvas as it is and “Farzi” was written over it.
Both the official social media accounts of Amazon Prime Video and Shahid Kapoor released the teaser of Farzi and put the same caption. The caption said that this is a new year and a new project.
As soon as Shahid Kapoor released the teaser on his Instagram account, many people from Bollywood commented! Out of them were Krishna D.K. and Raj Nidimoru, the directors of the show. They hooted for the actor and seemed extremely excited. Rashi Khanna, who is Shahid’s co-star in this series also wrote “finally” and dropped a heart emoji.

Not only people from Bollywood but all the fans of Shahid Kapoor also showed their excitement. Some simply expressed how happy they are while some wrote that 2023 would be the year for Shahid Kapoor. A fan wrote that he is extremely excited about Shahid’s new life phase. He said that he would learn many more things from the new phase.
The star cast also includes Kay Kay Menon, Vijay Sethupathi, Amol Palekar, Regina Cassandra, Bhuvan Arora, Zakir Hussain, and Kubbra Sait. This is Shahid’s debut on the OTT platform and we cannot wait to see the magic unfold!
It was not only Shahid who shared this amazing news. Directors of the show, Raj and DK also released the Farzi poster and wrote a comment – Happy 23 and Stay Tuned.
Shahid Kapoor delivered a blockbuster “Kabir” after which he proved to everyone that he is somebody with raw talent. After that, the actor performed in “Jersey” which was an impressive movie but couldn’t show its worth at the box office.
Now the superstar is busy working for the OTT series. He is also signed “Bloody Daddy”, an Ali Abbas Zafar movie. There are not many updates about the movie currently and we are waiting for them. Shahid Kapoor said that he wanted to break the movie trend as he was doing the same thing for around 20 years. He wants to feel excited and challenged.
