How To Reach Khonoma
The closest Airport is in Dimapur located 74 Kilometers away. Public transport like Taxis and buses are available to reach Kohima and hire another local taxi to reach Khonoma from Kohima. In the same city, Dimapur has its railway station at the Lumding–Dibrugar section.
The railways connect several major cities in the country. Hire a taxi or grab a bus to reach Kohima and another local transport to reach Khonoma from the Railway Station.

Khonoma is a less populated village and yet offers a bunch of few options for accommodation from homestays and guesthouses, most of which offers local foods as well. Visitors can opt to stay in the Traditional houses in Naga to have a glimpse into the local way of living.
