Mukteshwar Mandir

Thara Jhikla is the exact location where you should go from the city center of Pathankot in order to visit the temple of Mukteshwar Mandir. This is a Hindu pilgrimage destination you can visit if you have similar interests. You can plan your visit anytime, before 8 at night which is the closing time of the temple.

The bird and animal species found in the location of the camp would be quite impressive for those who are inclined towards nature and its diverse inhabitants.

Nurpur Fort

Nurpur Fort is one of the ancient heritage locations you can visit during your trip to the city of Pathankot. The construction date of this fort is believed to be in the 10th century. The fort is now in its ruins and the destruction was caused during the time of colonial rule in the territory of India by the British soldiers.

Later an earthquake also intensified the degree of destruction of the fort. There is also a temple inside the fort and this belongs to the 16th century. Brij Raj is the name of the temple inside the fort. Inside the temple, the Hindu God, Lord Krishna, and Meera Bai are kept as the main deities and worshipped.
