Nurpur Fort

The fort is now in its ruins and the destruction was caused during the time of colonial rule in the territory of India by the British soldiers.

Later an earthquake also intensified the degree of destruction of the fort. There is also a temple inside the fort and this belongs to the 16th century. Brij Raj is the name of the temple inside the fort. Inside the temple, the Hindu God, Lord Krishna, and Meera Bai are kept as the main deities and worshipped.
