Rashmika Mandanna And Sidharth Malhotra Party Together At Mission Majnu Bash

Bollywood star Sidharth Malhotra and South actress Rashmika Mandanna on Friday partied along with the cast and crew of ‘Mission Majnu’, a movie directed by Shantanu Bagchi.

Released on Netflix on January 20th, Mission Majnu is a spy thriller film based on real-life events. The movie garnered overwhelming reviews from the audience and its creators partied together to celebrate the success.

At the party, Sidharth looked stunning in a black t-shirt and matching black pants. He paired it with metallic trainers and a stylish watch with a black strap. On the other hand, a gorgeous Rashmika was spotted in a dazzling shimmer short skirt with a black hoodie.

The actress completed her looks with a patterned white mini-skirt, matching white shoes, dewy make-up, and minimal accessories. Before entering the venue, Rashmika, with a bright smile on her face was seen blowing flying kisses to the audience and waving at them. As soon as she stepped inside, Rashmika hugged Amar Butala, the producer of the movie. 

Later, Sidharth and Rashmika Mandanna were seen posing for photos with Ronnie Screwvala, Amar Butala, and Garima Mehta, the producers of the movie, Shantanu Bagchi, the director, and Sharib Hashmi, their co-actor.

The producers of the movie looked equally gorgeous at the event. Garima Mehta grabbed the attention of the paparazzi with a shimmering short dress and matching shoes and Ronnie Screwala appeared in a grey t-shirt, jeans, and black shoes.

In the movie, Sidharth plays the lead role of a RAW agent who heads to Pakistan to prevent a nuclear bomb attack planned by Pakistan against India. On the other hand, Rashmika plays the role of a blind Pakistani girl, the wife of Sidharth’s character. Recently, the movie was mired in controversy as Pakistani actor Adnan Siddiqui sharply criticized the story stating that it was factually incorrect, poorly researched, and executed.

Of late, rumors are rife that Sidharth will be getting married to Kiara Advani, his co-star in the movie ‘Shershah’. However, Sidharth, in an interview with a news portal in January broke his silence regarding the wedding rumors.

The actor sarcastically replied that nobody invited him to his wedding, not even the public. He went on to add that he came across the news reports of his wedding twice. Sidharth also stated that it would be better if people stay away from speculating on their personal life and focus on his movies instead.

Sidharth’s upcoming projects include Indian Police Force, a Hindi cop action drama web series to be released on Amazon Prime Video. Directed by Rohit Shetty and Sushwanth Prakash, it also stars Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Isha Talwar, and Vivek Oberoi. Rashmika’s debut Hindi movie ‘Goodbye’ was released last October.

Written and directed by Vikas Bahl, her co-actors in the movie include  Amitabh Bachchan and Neena Gupta. Reportedly, Sidharth Malhotra wanted Mission Majnu to be Rashmika’s first Hindi movie. However, with the turn of events, ‘Goodbye’ was first released at the theatres.
